HALF MARATHON
The half marathon course is almost completely flat with a 50-meter elevation. It stretches first towards the east of the city, then along the sea towards the west (Puntamica), and back towards the peninsula. You will run alongside the Monoument to the Sun and the Sea Organ, along the entire waterfront. The half marathon course has 4 timing checkpoints (3k, 5k, 11k,19k). On the course, there are 7 refreshment stations.During the half marathon, races of 5km, and 10km are also taking place, so it is possible that on this part of the course (last 1K), you may encounter a few slower runners from the 10km race.
5km / 10km
Races of 5km, or 10km are run on a circular track around the peninsula.
One lap is 2.5km long, so depending on the race you have chosen, run 1, 2, or 4 laps!
If you have chosen a 10km race, for example, you must complete the full 4 laps.
In case you run fewer laps than the race you registered for, your time will not be included in the rankings.
Refreshments are available on the "Istarska obala".

After crossing the finish line, we kindly ask runners not to linger at the finish line or on the track but to move to the refreshment area where you can find refreshments. Each runner will receive a finisher's medal after the race!
Recover even better with the Hara Massage Center, which will be waiting for you in the finish area!
From April 10 to 12, Zadar will once again host the Tuna, Sushi & Wine Festival, an event that has for years brought together gastronomy, fishing tradition, and the international culinary scene. The festival will take place at the City Market, where visitors can enjoy, over the course of three days, a diverse selection of dishes inspired by tuna and other seafood, along with wines from local winemakers and an accompanying program.
After the race, keep the fun going at the Tuna, Sushi & Wine Festival with great music and even better food!
The course will be closed for traffic during all races. However, please use right side of the course for running and be careful of possible vehicles that might be on the road.
